Refunds & Cancellations
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll help.
Refund Window
Refunds are considered within 7 days of purchase if:
- The software fails to perform as described on the product page, and
- Our support team cannot resolve the issue in a reasonable timeframe.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after license activation
- Issues caused by unsupported environments (see Requirements tab)
- Abuse, reverse engineering, or EULA breach
Trials & Demos
Most products include a 3-day trial. Please evaluate during this period. Trials may have limited features; check the product page.
How to Request a Refund
- Create a support ticket from the product page (Support → Create Ticket).
- Include your order ID, screenshots, and steps to reproduce.
- If approved, refunds are processed to the original Razorpay method within 5–7 business days.
